Use this rule of thumb to determine how many booth staff you need for your space!
“Your booth can be the biggest, brightest destination inside a convention center, but if it’s not staffed correctly, your investment can be completely wasted,” says Margit B. Weisgal, president of the Trade Show Exhibitors Association.
It is essential to have a balance of Sales, Marketing and technical staff at your booth. It is imperative that all staff must be trained on how to exhibit at a trade show as well as be educated on all ongoing promotions happening within the company. Exhibitions should not be treated as a ‘typical sales call.’
